Introducing a new platform for Monitor Academy

Since its launch in 2019, Monitor Academy has relied on Eloomi as its technical Platform. Eloomi has been instrumental in helping us share knowledge about Monitor ERP. However, as our needs evolve, we’re excited to announce that we are upgrading our platform to better serve you. Monitor Academy will be transitioning to 360 Learning, our new platform.

As of April 29th, access to the Eloomi platform will be discontinued. Instead, you will receive an activation link to 360 Learning, which will grant you easy access to the new platform. Once logged in, you will find a guide that provides you with all the necessary information and helps you navigate the platform.

Why the change?

Our goal at Monitor Academy is to offer an exceptional learning and development experience to all users and to enhance your understanding of Monitor ERP. After an extensive evaluation and selection process, we determined that 360 Learning is the ideal strategic partner and platform to help us achieve this. Everything we do is focused on making learning easier and more effective for you!

What are the benefits to you as a user?

Collaborative learning

The new platform provides space for collaborative learning. Each company will have its own group forum where members can discuss educational topics privately, only members* of your group will be able to view your comments. You can also tag teammates to recommend courses or share relevant information.

Group admin features

Each company will be able to designate a group admin to manage users. Admins can easily add or update company users and will continue to be charged according to the existing pricing model, including up to eight free users during the implementation period.

Progress tracking

Group admins can track the progress of team members' learning and assign courses they believe will be valuable for individual team members.

Varied and interactive learning

All new material created on the platform will offer more diverse and interactive learning experiences, thanks to the platform’s enhanced capabilities.

Access to full course library

Users will have access to the full course library both during the free implementation period and after transitioning to Monitor ERP, if you decide to purchase a Monitor Academy license.

*The system admin of Monitor Academy will also have the ability to view comments, as access is necessary to provide support and assist you effectively.

What impact will this have on you?

We’ve been working diligently on this project for months and are fully prepared to ensure a smooth transition for all users. Below are some important dates and recommendations to help you navigate this change.

No impact on pricing: The switch to a new platform will not affect the cost for existing Monitor Academy users.
Data migration freeze: To facilitate the data migration process, there will be a freeze on adding new data in the Academy from April 4th to April 29th. This includes adding new users or making changes to existing ones.
Project start and upgrades: If you’re starting an implementation or upgrading project during this period, please contact your Project Manager to ensure that all users are set up and activated before April 4th. By "set up and activated," we mean that you will have received and completed your activation to the new platform. Any pending activation links will be canceled after this date.
Course data transfer: All historical progress data on completed courses will be transferred to the new platform. If you're about to complete a course, please ensure to do so by April 4th, as any incomplete courses will not be transferred.

We recognize that some of the existing educational material in Monitor Academy may need updating. While we have migrated the content as it is, we plan to continuously update and release new material throughout 2025 and beyond. Your patience is appreciated during this transition.
