Monitor ERP is Sweden’s market-leading ERP system provider within the manufacturing industry with the branch’s most satisfied customers according to Publikator’s latest independent survey of 1,800 manufacturing companies. Below are some of the most prominent results.
Customer satisfaction/NPS – Monitor ERP outshines the rest
A central element of Publikator’s survey measures customer loyalty through a Net Promoter Score (NPS), an index that shows how likely it is that a customer would recommend a company. Monitor ERP’s latest version, Monitor G5, is a clear winner with a Net Promoter Score of 32, followed closely by Monitor G4 with a Net Promoter Score of 24. This is significantly ahead of other systems such as SAP (-41), Jeeves (-46) and IFS (-50).
Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Net Promoter Score measures customer loyalty by asking participants the following question: "How likely is it that you would recommend your current ERP system to somebody else?" Responses are given on a scale of 0-10, with a score of 0 meaning the customer is not at all likely to recommend their current ERP system, and a score of 10 meaning they are highly likely to recommend it. Based on their responses, customers are categorized into one of three groups:
0 to 6: Critics
7 to 8: Passives
9 to 10: Ambassadors
The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is calculated by subtracting the percentage of critics (those who answered between 0 and 6) from the percentage of ambassadors (those who answered between 9 and 10). The NPS ranges from -100 to 100, with a score closer to 100 indicating more ambassadors, resulting in a better Net Promoter Score for the company.
The NPS formula is:
NPS = Ambassadors (%) – Critics (%)
