As our business expands and our team grows, we take pride in offering dedicated local German support that reflects our core values of being down-to-earth, forward-thinking, and committed. Recognizing the importance of providing great service to our valued customers, our support is available every weekday, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Petra Fahje, a support specialist focusing on Finance for the German market, finds fulfillment in the different challenges that her role involves.

Carrying out her work in her native language on a daily basis, Petra says, "I enjoy the variety the Support role has to offer; no two days are the same." Despite having spent almost 14 years in Sweden, she admits to missing certain aspects of her German heritage, such as a traditional German wurst with bread and the festive Christmas markets, like Winterdom in Hamburg.

Yashas Patil also works most of the time in the support team, focusing on MPS in addition to implementation projects in Germany. He's lived in Düsseldorf for a few years, and loves his work at Monitor. “The best part of my job is that I'm free to explore and learn ways to develop my skills, so that I could help our customers to solve their issues, and there's always scope for learning new stuff with my colleagues and expanding my knowledge in other fields of my interest.”

"I'd say the things I like best are the German cars and the craze for football, and last but not least, the sweet pastries such as Marzipankuchen und Zimtschnecken," Yashas adds.

Fynn Höfer

Fynn Höfer, a support specialist focusing on Technical Support, and now living in Hudiksvall, Sweden (where Monitor ERP System has its headquarters), finds great motivation in supporting the German market, given his German roots and family and friends still residing there. "The best thing about working in the Support department is that I can help our customers and, at the same time, tackle new challenges every day. Speaking in my mother tongue daily, even though I now live in Sweden, adds a personal touch to my work," he explains.

As a German in Sweden, Fynn admits to missing some typical German things. "I miss Laugenweckle, the Christmas markets with children's punch and roasted almonds and, of course, the motorway," he says.
