Options and Integrations
MONITOR can be reinforced with a range of options and functions. These are sold separately. All the available options are outlined below.
With MONITOR, you can also connect to a number of other applications and programs, to improve your daily workflow and make things smoother and more efficient. For example, you can integrate accounting, nesting, CAD-programs, and warehouse management systems.

Product Configurator
There are many benefits associated with using the Product configurator in MONITOR, and it is of great use in marketing, production, and aftermarket. You can compose different variants and create different models of a product and then calculate prices and create manufacturing orders. You can also link it to a web solution, in order to give your customers and retailers the opportunity to configure and order products themselves on the website depending on their requirements and preferences.

Electronic Invoice Management (EIM)
Digitalizing your invoice flow allows you to save lots of precious time and eliminates the risk of errors, as the right data is automatically entered in the right field in MONITOR.
Invoice capture and E-Invoice
EIM enables extensive management of supplier invoices in MONITOR. It automatically captures the most important data from your supplier invoices so they can be quickly and easily verified and linked to the right purchase order. With EIM, you can also send and receive e-invoices right inside MONITOR.

Take EIM to the next level with Workflow
EIM Workflow is the way forward if you want to take the next step towards a fully automated digital invoice flow. EIM Workflow reads invoice rows and automatically matches the invoice with the corresponding purchase order.
Verification takes place manually, although external verification is also possible. The invoice can then be finally recorded, provided it meets your pre-defined rules.

Machine Integration
Do you have full control of interruptions to your production? Is your production as efficient as possible? Are your post-calculations reliable? MI helps you to further improve your production, within these areas too. MI integrates your machines with MONITOR, enabling the worked hours, quantity, and downtime to be reported automatically. This also provides you with a good overview of the current situation as well as follow-up of OEE.

Agent
This option handles automatic runs of routine tasks. The Agent option can also be used to monitor different events.
Fixed Assets Register
This option provides system support for managing the company’s fixed assets. Here you can calculate depreciation and print different stock count lists as well as labels for your equipment and fixed assets.
Warehouse
This option is useful when a legal company is divided into several separate units. A company can be divided into different distributed warehouses, or complete operational units with their own production and complete order flow.
Extended File Viewer
By using the Extended File Viewer, you can link different external documents (for example, drawings, agreements) to customers, suppliers, parts, and orders. These documents can be subsequently viewed directly on the record to which they are linked. A linked drawing can be printed together with manufacturing orders, for example.
Customer Order Transfer
This option is used when a sales company receives a customer order and a production company handles the relevant manufacturing/production. Customer orders that have been registered with the sales company are automatically transferred, and a corresponding order is created for the production company. When a delivery is made in the production company, the corresponding delivery is automatically made in the sales company.
Webshop
By using this option, you can easily set up a webshop and quickly start doing business. The layout is automatically adjusted to the visitor's screen size and resolution thanks to responsive web design. This ensures the information is always presented in the best possible way, regardless of whether the visitor is using a smartphone, tablet computer, or PC.

EDI
This option enables you to electronically transfer business documents between different business partners. For example, between your ERP system and the customer's ERP system. All information exchange takes place more or less automatically.
If you want to start using an EDI solution, you should ask yourself: ”What types of business documents will we be sending and receiving, and how will they be transferred?"

Tools & Maintenance
The Tool register applies to everything from large machine tools to small hand tools, measuring tools, consumable tools, and different special tools. Here you'll find functions for the tool register/tool groups, tool depot for withdrawing and returning tools, rejection of tools, calibration, etc. You can also manage tool structures, link tools to BOM and routing, and reserve tools for manufacturing orders.

Management Accounting
Management Accounting enables stock and WIP transactions to be integrated with your accounting (update of stock and WIP account in the accounting). It includes a "controller function" which provides increased control/reconciliation of pre-calculations, such as how well they correspond with reality (costs in the Income Statement)
Customized Reports
This option is used to create custom reports in MONITOR. These reports are formulated according to your needs. That is, customized design in the form of an SQL-query, with its very own appearance under the Selection tab and in the list that represents the report. Please note that in order to use Customized reports, you must attend the “Database Access 1 and 2” course provided by Monitor ERP System AB.
Vertical Storage Lift Integration
Vertical Storage Lift Integration (VSLI) is an option which can be added to MONITOR G5. VSLI enables you to create a link between MONITOR and the vertical storage lift's control system (WMS). This enables effective storage and picking.
Export of Salary Basis
This is an option for the Time recording module which makes it possible to export salary bases from MONITOR into your payroll program. Plugins are included for different payroll programs. There are currently plugins for Visma, Bluegarden (Denmark), PAXml, Agda, HogiaLön Plus, Hogia Lön, and V10 (Finland).
Monitor Accounting
When bookkeeping is all you need from an ERP system. Maybe there’s another company in your group with no manufacturing activity? This option includes the Accounting module along with a selection of useful procedures from other modules.
