Meet Erik Lovekil, Sales Representative at Monitor ERP in Sweden
We’re continuing to add new talent to our team and Erik Lovekil is one of the latest additions. Erik has recently taken the leap from working as a consultant to joining our Sales Department. Monitor was a part of his life long before he joined us, however. He was already using Monitor while working as an HR and Business Development Manager for one of our customers. What attracted you to Monitor?
“From my previous job I gained first-hand experience of Monitor’s potential and saw with my own eyes the kind of positive effect the system has on companies. That is what inspired me to become a part of Monitor.”

Tell us a little about your journey with us!
“I started in February 2023 as an MRP consultant helping customers with the system conversion from G4 to G5 and with implementations. As a consultant, I also got the chance to provide training for and implement our Machine integration option with potential and existing customers.”
You’ve been working in sales since January 1, 2025. How are you finding it?
“I’m really enjoying it. Becoming a Sales Representative was a natural step for me as, while I was working as a consultant, I was already selling my skills, our range of options, and licenses depending on the customers’ needs. Sales is also something I have been interested in for a long time. I’m liking my new role and the challenges and personal development opportunities that it provides.”
What’s the best thing about working in Sales?
“Showing customers how good our system truly is and what we can do to help them optimize their businesses. I’m part of a great Sales Team here at Monitor and my goal is to be one of the best – or at least better than the others!” Erik laughs.
