We continue to grow and have now reached a new milestone - over 300 employees in Sweden and almost 500 employees globally. With more than 50 new additions in Sweden in 2023, we've not only increased our number of staff, but also added a lot of new talent and skills to the company.

Christer Andersson is one of our newest additions; an experienced Business Analyst with 10 years at Nasdaq in Stockholm. After Christer uploaded his profile on “Hälsinglands Ambassadörer” (Ambassadors of Hälsingland) via halsingland.se, he was quickly contacted by Monitor and felt a positive atmosphere from the very beginning.

"My family and I wanted to move back to Hälsingland and when I visited Monitor’s office for the first time, I was certain that this was the right choice", says Christer Andersson, Business Analyst.

According to Christer, it’s his varied and challenging work which makes him so satisfied.

"The best part about my job is its diversity; no two days are the same. Also, being able to contribute to and influence the development of Monitor's systems, which, in turn, assist our clients. I also appreciate my colleagues; there is an open and friendly atmosphere here where everyone takes the time," he says.

With over 300 employees in Sweden and a strong drive for success, we’re determined to continue our growth over the coming years. We continue to explore new markets and we are close to 500 employees worldwide. This expansion phase is just the beginning of a very exciting journey for us and our team.
