Customer satisfaction/NPS – Monitor ERP outshines the rest
A central element of Publikator’s survey measures customer loyalty through a Net Promoter Score (NPS), an index that shows how likely it is that a customer would recommend a company. Monitor ERP’s latest version, Monitor G5, is a clear winner with a Net Promoter Score of 32, followed closely by Monitor G4 with a Net Promoter Score of 24. This is significantly ahead of other systems such as SAP (-41), Jeeves (-46) and IFS (-50).

Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Net Promoter Score measures customer loyalty by asking participants the following question: How likely is it that you would recommend your current ERP system to somebody else? This is answered on scale of 0-10 with a score of 0 meaning that the customer is not at all likely to recommend their current ERP system, while a score of 10 means they are highly likely to recommend their system. Based on their response, customers are sorted into one of three different categories:

0 to 6: Critics
7 to 8: Passives
9 to 10: Ambassadors 

The Net Promotor Score is calculated by taking the percentage of ambassadors (those who have answered between 9 and 10) minus the percentage of critics (those that have answered between 0 and 6). The NPS gives a result between -100 and 100, and the closer to 100 the result, the more ambassadors of the system there are, resulting in a better Net Promoter Score for the company.

The NPS formula is:
NPS = Ambassadors (%) – Critics (%)
