For version 23.9, you need to use new installation files when installing the Monitor server. Not doing so may cause an incomplete installation. We also recommend using the new 23.9 files when installing the Windows client, as an older version will mean no shortcuts are created. This also applies to unattended installation via an MSI package.

What's new in the 23.9 installation files?

Due to the update to .NET8 we won’t be able to run our current package logic in .dll, since there is no possibility to create new AppDomains. We have therefore developed technology that runs on .exe files instead.
