Sweden claimed a record-breaking haul of one gold, three silvers, and two bronzes at the recent Biathlon World Championships held in Pokljuka, Slovenia. This is a record for a Swedish biathlon team.

“It goes without saying we’re extremely happy and proud to be a part of this journey. I’d like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the national biathlon team for their record-breaking achievements,” said Morgan Persson, CEO of Monitor ERP System.

Monitor ERP System and the Swedish Biathlon Federation announced that Monitor would be the new main partner of Swedish biathlon at the end of 2020. It was the largest partnership contract the federation had ever agreed. The deal runs until 2026, and it is hoped everyone involved will reap the rewards during this period.

At the heart of the collaboration is a substantial investment into the federation’s junior and elite programs, which is focused on individual biathletes as well as their surrounding support networks.

I’m convinced Monitor will challenge and inspire us to consolidate our status as a world leader – and this is worth its weight in gold.”
