The upgrade to G5 is run in the form of a project, whereby Monitor appoints a project manager and, if required, a project group. Your company will also need an internal project manager and group. In the startup phase, the timescale, activities, and division of responsibility for the project will be determined.

We’ll normally visit the company within a few weeks, or a few days after you go live, to take note of any issues which have arisen during the initial phase of operation. We’ll also begin to look ahead – moving to the next level with G5. This involves harnessing the new features and functions of the program in order to take your business to the next level and sharpen your competitive edge.

Monitor Academy provides access to a number of useful courses on MONITOR G5, including a basic course on general functionality and a number of basic programs on system modules, such as Manufacturing, Sales, and Accounting. This ensures you and your colleagues will have a better understanding of the program when our consultants arrive to go over the applications on site. This applies to implementation of MONITOR G5 as well as upgrades from G4.
