Monitor launches idea forum
Here at Monitor, satisfied customers are at the heart of our DNA – regardless of which part of our organization you belong to. Developing our product and business side by side with our customers is essential in order to maintain good relations and prioritize the right activities.
As part of our continued development alongside our customers we’re now launching our digital idea forum, where Monitor’s customers, employees, and partner offices around the world can submit suggestions for ideas on how we can continue to develop MONITOR G5 to be the best ERP system, optimized for manufacturing companies.
Either submit a new request about an area you want to have developed or read about the hundreds of ideas that have already been submitted by other MONITOR users.
For example, you can vote for an idea you like, or develop someone else’s by adding more information. We can work together to create the best solutions for manufacturing companies.
Our area managers for the development of each module in MONITOR G5 regularly review newly submitted ideas and comments, and respond, categorize, and update the status as required. Once a month, they present the best ideas to Monitor’s Product Council.
The Council then decides how to move forward. It includes representatives from Sales, Consultants, Support, the Development Department, as well as our CEO.
If you’ve been involved in an idea – or have submitted a request yourself – you’ll get feedback when the status is updated. This could be ”Under consideration”, “More information needed”, “Planned – part of our development plan”, and so on.
Monitor’s idea forum provides greater transparency on the inflow of ideas, and makes sure we focus on the right areas. Urgent feedback on functionality should still be directed to the Monitor Support Center.
We’re convinced this forum will be a positive, innovative, and engaging platform where we can work together to develop the ERP system of the future.
As product manager for MONITOR G5 I believe this will really help us to gather in good ideas from our customers, and prioritize the ones that many people are interested in.
