Monitor scores top marks in this year’s customer satisfaction survey
Every year, Monitor teams up with our sales automation partner, Publikator, to run a customer satisfaction survey on the Swedish market within the manufacturing industry, with the aim of charting our position on the ERP system landscape.
With almost 30 years’ industry experience, Publikator is a leading provider in the field of business intelligence. During the survey period (2020/2021), we received around 1,200 responses from companies nationwide.
The survey focuses on the main categories of training, support, functionality, and to what extent customers would recommend our ERP system to others. It also underlines our strength compared to other players on the market, like Jeeves ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and Visma, to name a few. At Monitor, we use the survey with a view to learning, understanding, and striving to be better. Having satisfied customers is one of the areas we prioritize most highly.
A pleasing development in 2021 was that Monitor scored the highest rating in all categories, and in the fourth category, “Whether you would recommend your ERP system to anyone else”, the company was a clear leader.
Monitor’s average rating is just as high, or higher, across all categories since the survey started in 2016, which clearly shows our ambition to continually improve customer satisfaction. Work now continues to analyze our results in order to make the right decisions, to achieve the right long-term effects.
We’re naturally delighted to have the most satisfied customers among all ERP suppliers, but we won’t rest there. We’ll continue to improve customer experience in every category.
