Setting our sights on even better customer satisfaction
Monitor Group is running a group-wide training project focused on ensuring we can continue to deliver first class products and service.
The first course, “Commitment and Effective handover”, will be starting in May. Due to the current global pandemic, it will be taking place online.
Ove Nesterud, who has previously trained the team here in Sweden, will also take the role of coach for our other companies around the world.
"Our organization has increased by 100 employees over the last two years – and continues to grow. As a result, it’s important to stay true to our core values and policies," said Morgan Persson, CEO of Monitor Group.
The aim of quality management is to synchronize everyone, right across the Monitor Group. This requires even better communication, cooperation, and effective handover between people, teams, and departments – and now, between our different companies too.
"We're really excited to see how this process will lead to greater quality and even more satisfied customers," added Persson.
