Three popular options right now
Why our customers reinforce MONITOR with the Electronic Invoice Management, Tools & Maintenance, and Agent options.
Electronic Invoice management (EIM) is currently one of our most popular options. EIM digitalizes and streamlines management of supplier invoices, directly from MONITOR.
This is a big help for users when looking up from the desktop to the screen, as it enables them to register invoices by opening a PDF or scanned document at eye level.
Paper and files are expensive – and difficult to search in – which is why our customers encourage their staff to cut down on printing and save documents digitally instead.
Good to know! Under the Swedish Accounting Act, all accounting records must be archived for seven years. But when invoices are converted to digital form, an original (paper copy) is only archived for three years.
EIM can be reinforced by the EIM Invoice Capture and EIM Workflow options in order to automate your full invoice flow – from registration and linking to purchase orders, to final recording.
Tools & Maintenance is proving a highly popular option among our customers, enabling them to locate their tools more easily and cut setup time through coordinated processing of tools. This also helps businesses to systematize maintenance and boost reliability by performing the right maintenance at the right time.
Maintenance is key to ensuring better availability of equipment, and thereby minimize periods of inactivity – and greater availability means better production and better business for our customers. Systematizing maintenance and keeping track of facilities enables companies to optimize utilization of facilities as well as personnel. MONITOR allows you to see when maintenance has been performed – and when it’s time to carry it out – as well as view the tools for which service is required in order to avoid production stoppages. That is, if a user doesn’t decide when to carry out maintenance, the machine will do so instead. The height of efficiency!
With its unique capacity to deliver reports and events based on the customer’s conditions, Agent has long been a tried-and-trusted option for our users.
The Agent has two parts: Agent tasks and Monitoring tasks. Agent tasks are used to automatically run lists which are e-mailed to different recipients. You can also send invoices and similar documents automatically. It is also possible to schedule updates of prices, etc.
Monitoring tasks sends a notification or e-mail when the monitoring conditions are met. This could include monitoring a part balance, manufacturing operation or an arrival report, and when the balance hits a certain value the user receives a notification.
Agent can be used when you need to keep track of quotes which have expired, or delayed deliveries, as well as calculate and update annual volumes and order quantities, etc.
