“As a company owner, getting involved and supporting Ukraine during this tough time feels like the right thing to do,” says Jörgen Persson, owner of Monitor ERP System. “When I first met Roger Westerlund from Swedish Rescuers and heard him talk about how the help given to Ukraine really makes a difference, we decided there and then to do what we could.”

In record time, Swedemount, clothing partner of the Swedish Biathlon Federation, produced 2,000 thermal underwear sets (with sweater and trousers) in wool material, knitted and designed in Sweden, and 2,000 winter jackets. The clothes will be delivered to Ukraine with the help of the Swedish Rescuers organization.

“When Monitor ERP System asked if we could contribute our know-how and work with them and Swedmount to realize this project, we said yes right away,” says Rikard Grip, General Secretary of the Swedish Biathlon Federation. “We’ve previously helped the Ukrainian national biathlon team by arranging free of charge training and competition in Idre Fjäll, and this felt like the right next step.”
