In the Nordics, securely hosted in our own high-security data centers. Globally, in certified public data centers – always with a strong focus on security and availability.
Which technical requirements are there for using Monitor ERP´s cloud solution?
Required:
- A fixed IP address to the internet (static or reserved).
- Firewall which has support for site-2-site IPSec VPN. Capacity: min 2 Mbit/s/user. (E.g.: 10 users. Minimum IPSec throughput 20 Mbit/s).
- As low latency as possible. Over 30 ms is not recommended. The lower the latency, the better the experience.
- The latency can be tested from the computers in your office at our test website https://ping.monitorcloud.se
- Supported Windows operating system (Windows 10/11 Professional/Enterprise).
Recommended:
- Your own Windows AD that the Monitor server can join. (Entra ID with Domain Services also works).
- It is also possible to not use Windows AD, although Monitor will then run with reduced functionality*.
*Without a Windows AD, the following functionality will not be available for use in Monitor: File links via UNC fileshares and Integrated (automatic) login in the Monitor ERP client.
