Löfs implemented MONITOR in 2011, and since that time the company has grown, with its annual turnover approximately five times higher today. The company employs around 65 people and has a turnover of around 5 million Euros (2019).

Using MONITOR, Löfs can see its production lines in terms of production groups, with which it can book manufacturing orders. This provides it with an overview of the capacity sold to the customers, and ensures delivery on time. Its capacity is determined by the number of people working at each site. We do this by demonstrating how we work, being open and honest, and showing we want to grow alongside our customers." explains Tommy Löfs, CEO of Löfs Oy AB.

Löfs has reached its position on the market by continually pursuing investment in machinery and its workforce. "Moving forward, our key competitive advantages are quality and security of supply," adds Löfs.

In December 2019 Löfs upgraded to MONITOR G5, and Tommy thinks the company has seen a lot of positive change since this time: "This has made it easier to carry out presentations and reports. It also provides us with a better overview of our production activities."
