Turnover increased five-fold since implementation of Monitor ERP

Löfs Oy AB was founded in 1989 in Larsmo, in Österbotten, Finland. It’s a family business specializing in surface treatment of metal and mechanical assembly.

Since implementing Monitor in 2011, the company has grown and increased its turnover five-fold. Löfs has around 65 employees and turnover of around five million Euros (2019).

They manage their production lines as work centers in Monitor, in which they book their manufacturing orders. This makes it possible to get a good overview of how much capacity they've sold to customers, which ensures they can deliver on time. The capacity is dependent on how many people work in each area of the factory.

“The key to our success is that we strive to be the best possible partner for our customers. We do this in the way we work by being open and honest and by showing that we grow alongside our customers,” explains Tommy Löfs, CEO for Löfs Oy AB.

The key to our success is that we strive to be the best possible partner for our customers.

Löfs has secured its position on the market by continually investing in machinery and its workforce.

“Moving forward, our key competitive advantages are quality and delivery reliability.

In December 2019, Löfs upgraded to Monitor G5. And according to Tommy Löfs, there have been lots of positives since then.

“It’s now easier to make presentations and reports, and you get a better overview of what’s going on in production,” he says.
