How does TimeCard work?

TimeCard makes it possible to easily and effectively record your worked time and attendance through a web-based platform.

What you need

TimeCard

To use TimeCard you need:

  • The Time recording module activated in Monitor ERP.
  • Access to the internet.

The user’s schedule

TimeCard

The calender in TimeCard is based on the schedule of the user who is logged into Monitor ERP.

  • Which functions are available in TimeCard is determined by the user’s parameter group and settings in the personnel register.
  • In TimeCard there is also the possibility to link your reported time to other projects and activities. These come up automatically as options when recording time and are managed via rights in Monitor ERP.
  • Of course you can also enter planned absence by choosing an absence code.

Saving recording items

TimeCard

All recording items are saved immediate in Monitor ERP.

  • Work recordings are followed by the corresponding attendance recording.
  • Each time unit recorded increases the attendance for the day correspondingly.
  • Please note! The time is added in the order in which the items are registered.
