Any type of invoice you receive from your suppliers, whatever the format, is registered and captured seamlessly in Monitor. The intelligent interpretation function reads your invoices and ensures the right data ends up in the right place in the system. You needn’t lift a finger.

Feature
Did you know you could activate the interpretation function in EIM yourself? This is now fully integrated into Monitor.
Just follow these steps:
1. Read through our terms and prices for the interpretation function in EIM.
2. Activate the interpretation function in Monitor by opening Settings for export/import in General registers. For further instructions, see our online help function.
3. You’re all set! There’s no fixed term for the service, and you’ll only pay for the number of invoices you interpret.

Prices – invoice capture
The cost per invoice interpreted is based on the number of invoices processed.
Price per invoice received by Monitor (SEK)*:
- Paper/PDF interpretation: +4.75
- E-invoice: +2.75
- External scanning: +2.75
- M2M (MONITOR-to-MONITOR): 0
Price per invoice sent by Monitor (SEK)*:
- E-invoice: +2.75
- Paper invoice: +9.87
* These prices apply if you interpret 1–10,000 invoices a year. If you exceed this level, the price falls for each invoice interpreted.

Take EIM to the next level with Workflow
EIM Workflow is the way forward if you want to take the next step towards a fully automated digital invoice flow. EIM Workflow reads invoice rows and automatically matches the invoice with the corresponding purchase order.
Verification takes place manually, although external verification is also possible. The invoice can then be finally recorded, provided it meets your pre-defined rules.
